Are you tired of being unable to use Google play store on Gameloop? Well not anymore here is a guide to help you install all the supported google apps on Gameloop directly from the Google play store.

Important note: Not all the play store games and apps are supported by Gameloop. Many are supported but there are still exceptions. The reason for this is Gameloop still uses android 4.4.2 (Kitkat). So be careful about which games you install. Some of them might not work on KitKat.

How to Install Google Play Store on Gameloop?

Here are the steps Download and Install Google Play Store on Gameloop (Tencent Gaming Buddy). Make sure to update the emulator before proceeding. This method is for the Gameloop emulator only. And I recommend using the latest version so that you can get the best performance.

Requirements:

  • Internet Connection
  • Latest Version Of Gameloop Installed
  • A Little Patience

So let’s begin the tutorial:

Step 1: Open Gameloop emulator

gameloop

Step 2: Click on “my games” as shown below.

Step 10: Now Sign in with your Google Account.

Now you’re finally done. Install the Apps/games you want on Gameloop for free from the Google Play Store. Not all games and apps are supported but many of them work.

Final words and advice about Gameloop:

You must have noted that the google play store icon does not appear in Gameloop. I have not yet found any way to fix this issue. You need to use the android browser as shown above to install the apps. However, once you install the apps they can be easily seen in the “My games> Others” section.

  • I was hopeful finding this page until you said “Reboot the emulator” – how? I can’t find a reboot option anywhere in Gameloop.

    • I tried searching online and I did try rebooting my PC but Gameloop appears to save the state of Android to disk, so still no Android reboot. Thanks for the guide but I’m stuck at how to reboot.

      • Directly click on the close icon. The gameloop window needs to be closed.

        • Thank you for the quick response. Closing and reopening didn’t help, still couldn’t see the Google Play Games icon, so I re-installed the Google Installer App and then I was able to see the Google Play Games icon. Thanks for your help.

    • Not sure about the billing. I don’t recommend using payment in gameloop. Buy the points on your android phone and then login via gameloop.

      • I don’t consider gameloop to be secure because of Chinese origins given the current circumstances.
